1. Service Provider

HomeSpa is an independent therapeutic and wellness massage practice, trained by Swiss institutions with ASCA and RMEA recognised certifications. Treatments are not currently covered by health insurance providers. Contact and address :
2. Services Offered
Services include personalised therapeutic and wellness massages at home, as well as complementary treatments including cupping therapy and essential oils, in accordance with the practitioner's qualifications.
3. Appointment Booking
Appointments can be made by phone, email, or via the online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once the appointment is scheduled.
4. Cancellation and Late Arrivals
Any cancellation or modification must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the session will be charged in full, except in cases of force majeure. Time lost due to late arrival generally cannot be recovered.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the end of the session, in cash or by TWINT. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
6. Insurance Reimbursement
Treatments are not currently covered by Swiss complementary health insurance. ASCA accreditation will be requested in 2026. A receipt can be provided upon request.
7. Contraindications and Liability
Massage does not replace medical care. The client agrees to inform the practitioner of any health conditions, allergies, treatments, or contraindications prior to the session. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsuitable for the client's health condition.
8. Hygiene and Mutual Respect
Personal hygiene is required for all sessions. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, which will be charged in full. The practitioner guarantees an ethical, respectful, and strictly professional environment at all times.
9. Personal Data
All information collected — including name, contact details, and treatment history — is strictly confidential, used solely for therapeutic purposes, and never shared with third parties.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be prioritised. Failing that, the legal jurisdiction shall be the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
